• New pay and rates pages show what 91 trades and services earn per hour, from the lowest 10% to the top 10%, using Bureau of Labor Statistics data. Each page, such as drywall installers, lists pay in every state.
• Each page has a billing rate calculator. Enter a wage, your taxes and insurance, overhead, profit, and how much of your time is billable, and it suggests an hourly rate you can drop straight into an estimate.
• Estimate builders for these trades now link to their pay page, so you can check your pricing while you build a quote.
• New invoice requirement pages for Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, in English and Spanish, list what each invoice must show, the tax rates, and how long to keep records, with links to the official sources.
• The Spanish glossary goes deeper: key terms such as conciliación bancaria and cotización now explain how things work in practice, and new entries cover Latin American terms like CAE, CUFE, RUC, and detracción.
• New glossary pages explain early payment discount terms: 2/10 Net 30, 1/10 Net 30, and 2/10 Net 60. Each one shows the math, how to write the terms on an invoice, and a calculator for the discount deadline and due date. The due date calculator now handles all three.
• The payment terms guide now groups every term by type (net terms, early payment discounts, end of month, prox, and pay-first terms), with a short summary of each and a link to the full explanation.

• The new invoice due date calculator gives you the exact due date for any invoice date, plus a sentence you can copy onto the invoice. It covers Net 7, Net 10, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, Net 90, 2/10 Net 30, end of month, Net 30 EOM, 10th prox, and 15th prox, and you do not need an account to use it.
• Payment term pages in the glossary, such as Net 30, Net 45, end of month terms, and proximo terms, now include the calculator preset to that term.
• The payment terms guide now explains net payment terms in more detail and links each term to its glossary definition.
• New comparison pages put Invoice Website side by side with Invoice Simple, Wave, Zoho Invoice, Invoice Ninja, and FreshBooks. Each one covers free plans, prices, templates, payments, and who each tool suits best, with links to the pages we checked.
• Site search now finds invoice resources for your profession and estimate builders too, so searching for something like "plumber" or "roofing estimate" takes you straight to the right page.

Indonesian home and pricing, and every resource page in four languages

Spanish, French, and Indonesian visitors can now stay in their language from first visit to signup.

• The home page, pricing, and templates gallery are now available in Bahasa Indonesia, with translated plan details and language links to the English, Spanish, and French versions.
• All 164 resource pages by profession are now available in Spanish, French, and Bahasa Indonesia, up from 8 per language. For example, the page for plumbers reads in Spanish, French, and Indonesian.
• Each Indonesian guide now opens with a short answer and ends with common questions, matching the Spanish and French guides.
• Sign up and sign in now stay in your language. Starting from a Spanish, French, or Indonesian page opens sign up and sign in in that language, including form messages and the Google button.

Click the invoice preview to edit that part

Jump straight from what you see on the invoice to the field that controls it.

• When you create or edit an invoice or estimate, you can now click any part of the live preview, like your business details, the client, the dates, the invoice number, line items, discounts, taxes, totals, notes, or your signature, and the form scrolls to the matching field and highlights it. Collapsed sections open automatically.
• Hovering over the preview outlines the part you are pointing at, so you know what a click will open before you click.
• If something required is missing when you save, like a client or a line item, that part of the preview is outlined in red so you can see what still needs attention.
• The "Select a business" and "Select or add a client" reminders under the save buttons now scroll you to the right step again.

The invoicing glossary in Spanish, French, and Indonesian

Every glossary term, written for local rules, plus the terms each market actually uses.

• The glossary is now available in Spanish, French, and Bahasa Indonesia, with 160+ terms in each language. Entries are written for local rules rather than translated word for word: Spanish covers Mexico and Spain with notes for other Latin American countries, French covers France with notes for Belgium and Quebec, and Indonesian covers Indonesia.
• Each language adds local terms you will not find in the English glossary, such as CFDI, factura rectificativa, and SPEI in Spanish, SIRET, Factur-X, and franchise en base de TVA in French, and NPWP, e-Faktur, and QRIS in Indonesian.
• US-only terms such as Form W-9 and lien waivers are left out of the languages where they do not apply, and the footer language switcher moves between matching versions of each term when one exists.

Copy purchase orders as new, and a glossary twice the size

• Reorder from the same vendor in seconds: copy any purchase order from Manage Purchase Orders, your dashboard, or the purchase order page to start a new one with the vendor, ship-to address, line items, discounts, taxes, and terms already filled in. The copy gets a fresh PO number, today's order date, and Draft status, and the original stays unchanged.
• The invoicing glossary now defines 160+ terms, more than double the original set. New Payments and Contracts and pricing sections cover terms like ACH transfer, chargeback, time and materials, and lien waiver, and new entries such as Net 45, Form W-9, invoice factoring, and Incoterms fill gaps across the other sections.

Indonesian estimate builder, guides, and resources

• Indonesian estimate builder covers all 350 niches with localized URLs, IDR presets, and hreflang pairs.
• Indonesian guides and resource landings by profession are live, and the footer language switcher now includes Bahasa Indonesia.

Plain-English definitions for invoicing terms, and the core marketing pages now read naturally in three languages.

• New invoicing glossary with definitions of 75+ billing, payment term, tax, and accounting terms, from Net 30 and proforma invoice to accounts receivable and reverse charge VAT.
• Every glossary entry opens with a one-paragraph answer, then covers how the term works in practice, a worked example, common questions, related terms, and links to the matching guide.
• Glossary terms now appear in site search and in the footer, so you can look up a term without leaving the page you are on.
• The home page is now available in Spanish and French, with translated feature highlights, how-it-works steps, plan details, and FAQs.
• New localized pricing pages at /es/precios and /fr/tarifs show the same plans and amounts as the English page with translated plan features.
• Browse the templates gallery in Spanish or French, with translated tier filters and plan availability.
