Usage Limits & Statistics

Track your subscription usage and understand your plan limits. Monitor how many invoices, businesses, clients, and emails you're using.

Overview

Your account page includes a "Usage Limits" section that shows how much of your subscription limits you're currently using. This helps you understand when you might need to upgrade your plan or manage your resources more efficiently.

You can view your usage statistics by navigating to your account page and clicking on the "Account" section. The usage limits are displayed with progress bars that change color based on how close you are to your limits.

Businesses

This shows the total number of business profiles you have created. Each business profile can have its own logo, contact information, and invoice settings.

Plan limits: Free: 1 business. Basic: 3 businesses. Premium: Unlimited.

Clients

This shows the total number of client profiles you have created. Client profiles store contact information for faster invoice creation.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do limits reset?

Invoices: Reset on the first day of each calendar month. Emails: Reset at midnight UTC each day. Businesses & Clients: These are total counts, not time-based limits.

What happens when I reach my limit?

When you reach a limit, you'll see an error message when trying to create new items. You may need to wait until the next reset period or upgrade your plan to continue.

Can I delete items to free up space?

Yes. For businesses and clients, you can delete old entries to free up space for new ones. Invoice limits are based on creation count per month, so deleting invoices won't free up space for new invoices in the same month.

Do admins have limits?

Administrators are treated as Premium users with unlimited invoices, businesses, and clients. They still have the 100 emails per day limit for email sending.
