Before You Deactivate
Consider First
- Contact support: If you're experiencing issues, our support team may be able to help before you decide to deactivate.
- Consider downgrading: If cost is a concern, you can downgrade to the free plan instead of deactivating your account.
- Download your data: Export or download any invoices, client lists, or other data you may need in the future.
- Cancel your subscription separately: If you only want to stop paying, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your account. Visit your subscription management page to cancel.
